Earlier this week, Stanford neuroscientist Dr. Andrew Huberman (FAQs) published an exhaustive podcast on health supplements entitled “Developing a Rational Approach to Supplementation for Health & Performance“. But there was one glaring omission. He didn’t address NAD+ supplements NMN (FAQs and Anecdotes) and Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Anecdotes). Should this be surprising?
