Unique Opportunity to Participate in Chromadex’s (CDXC) Upcoming Earnings Call

Never before have retail investors been more important to the prospects of small-cap public companies both to drive their businesses and their share prices through the use of social platforms. Let’s leave aside the recent exceptional case of GameStop (GME). But look what retail did to possibly save AMC (ticker: AMC). Incredible. As for small-caps like Chromadex (CDXC) (Nicotinamide Riboside or NR), its management undoubtedly realizes that their vocal community of early adopters (many of whom are also retail shareholders) have played a significant role in driving sales through “Word of Mouth” by sharing their experiences online and encouraging others to give NR a try. Rarely do you see such an active community take daily to Facebook, Reddit, Twitter and even Seeking Alpha (Disclosure) to spread word of the merits of a consumer product. This community represents a remarkable asset. As a result, Chromadex management has agreed to consider community questions for their upcoming March 10th earnings call. While management is obviously limited in what they can say, let’s use this opportunity to tell them what’s on our minds in the comments section below. And, of course, we’ll also enjoy the added benefit of hearing what’s on the minds of other smart investors, scientists, and consumers who are as interested as we are in the future of Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Reviews).

Positive Phase 3 COVID Study Results Released; Remember Dr Brenner’s Response to Phase 2

Last week, a new Phase 3 human clinical study conducted in Turkey demonstrated that patients with mild-to-moderate COVID-19 who received the standard of care experienced a 3.5 day reduction in recovery time when receiving a nutritional protocol. The nutritional protocol included Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Reviews). These Phase 3 results follow Phase 2 data which were published in October 2020. Below are Dr Charles Brenner’s (who discovered NR as an NAD precursor vitamin) evaluation of the two studies and his opinion on the role of NR.

Nestlé Health: “There’s NMN, but then there’s NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) which is the most efficient NAD+ precursor”

During a webcast yesterday titled “Cellular Health: The Next Big Market Opportunity“, Nestlé Health Science’s Joelle Legree spoke at great length explaining the strategy behind the recent launch of Celltrient. Of course, Celltrient is Nestlé Health’s (a Nestlé subsidiary) new brand focused on cellular health. And, for those interested in raising NAD levels, one of Celltrient’s three new products “Celltrient Energy” contains Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Reviews). How does Nestlé Health and its team of scientists feel about the NR vs NMN debate? Key quotes:

Nestlé Health Explains N.A.D. and Makes the Case for Nicotinamide Riboside (NR)

As we’ve discussed previously, Nestlé Health (a subsidiary of Nestlé) recently introduced a new product containing Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Reviews) in partnership with Chromadex. Since then, Nestlé has launched a vigorous campaign to educate the general public about N.A.D. and NR in an effort to accelerate consumer adoption of its various new Celltrient products. At RaisingNAD, we’re always on the lookout for content that explains NAD and NR in plain, non-scientific English — even if it comes from an advertisement. So, here’s some key quotes from a Nestlé “Sponsored Article” in Newsweek:

As the share price of Chromadex increased dramatically this week, many investors learned about Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Reviews) for the first time. The following are RaisingNAD’s most popular blog posts of the last year:

Should You Take Breaks from Vitamin Supplement Nicotinamide Riboside (NR)?

In response to a Twitter question this weekend from Bill Walker about whether it’s beneficial to take breaks from vitamin supplement Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Reviews), Dr. Charles Brenner (who discovered NR as an NAD precursor vitamin) said the following.

Should Those Suffering from Parkinson’s Disease Supplement with Nicotinamide Riboside (NR)?

We know that one of the world’s top Alzheimer’s experts recently initiated clinical trials testing vitamin supplement Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Reviews) on human patients. But what about Parkinson’s disease? Both Dr David Sinclair and Dr Charles Brenner agree that there’s good reason for clinical trials testing NAD boosters on those suffering from neurodegenerative diseases. So, what’s the latest? Dr. Brenner (NAD expert and discoverer of NR as an NAD precursor vitamin) made the following comment on Twitter earlier this week.

PODCAST: Family Physician on Her Experience Taking Nestle’s New Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) Product

Last week, Dr. Noelle Reid, a family physician and founder of Trinity Health and Wellness Medical Group joined the NutraCast Podcast (embedded below) to build awareness for Nestlé Health’s new initiative “Age-Associated Cellular Declin‪e‬” and its related Celltrient brand. While Dr Reid is compensated for her role as a consulting physician for Nestlé’s Celltrient, she clearly understands and appreciates the importance of Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Reviews). The following are key podcast quotes.

At 43, the NFL’s Tom Brady Appears to Defy Aging. Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) May Have Something To Do With It

At the age of 43, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady won his 7th Super Bowl last night. How does he continue to excel at such a high level into his 40s when most NFL athletes have long retired? The New York Times says it’s “Through Genetics, Luck or ‘Prehab“. But NAD boosting vitamin supplement Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Reviews) may also be playing a role. See HERE.

Cornell Vet Prof on Vitamin Supplement Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) for Pets: “theoretically NR should be very safe and very likely has benefit”

Last week, Cornell University hosted a webinar entitled Bone Appétit: Is Your Pet’s Nutrition the Key to Health, Wellness, and Longevity? (video embedded below). Since we’ve heard numerous anecdotes from people who’ve fed supplement Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Reviews) to their pets, I was curious if the panel (which included the Chief Veterinary Officer at Nestle Purina) had done any work in this area. It seemed plausible considering that another Nestle division Nestle Health recently launched a new brand with NR as a key ingredient.

NAD Explained in 5 Tweets

While not yet well known or understood by the general public, the NAD system is crucial to all of our lives. NAD expert Dr. Charles Brenner (who discovered Nicotinamide Riboside “NR” (FAQs) (Reviews) as an NAD boosting vitamin supplement) explained NAD in a handful of Tweets earlier today:
