Below is an excerpt from a conversation between Harvard’s Dr. David Sinclair and Stanford neuroscientist Andrew Huberman where Sinclair is asked what NMN (FAQs and Anecdotes) brand he recommends:
Dr David Sinclair (Watch below @ the 45:30 mark):
“I’m not an MD.
So this is not medical advice — that’s important to know.
I saw somebody ask what products do I take?
I don’t actually buy mine (NMN).
Mine is from manufacturers — and I actually have some in my basement.
So, I don’t actually know what products are good or bad.
I do know that for any supplement, you want to look for good manufacturing practices, GMP grade, high quality and trusted manufacturers.
And another reason for not mentioning specific products is if anyone has ever Googled my name you can see that my science, my name, my picture is being ripped off to sell products.
And, if I say a name of something, it’ll immediately appear and be used to sell products.
And I can’t have that.
And, certainly, Harvard wouldn’t be pleased either.
So, unfortunately, in the current climate, I can’t mention specific products.
But do look for quality material, and stay up to date with the clinical trials”
