I started writing this site long ago because the world of NAD+ boosters was so confusing. I was sold on the need to take an NAD+ booster, but struggled to decide which one. During a recent Whitney Cummings podcast, the host and her guest (Fertility expert Dr. Aimee “The Egg Whisperer”) explained how they each individually arrived at a decision:

HOST (Whitney Cummings):
“…That’s fascinating because I started taking it (NR) out of pure vanity.
David Sinclair talked about NAD and all this kind of stuff.
And none of the NMN products on the market…
…they kind of get on the market and you’re kind of like: “this brand looks a little shady”.
How do I even know what brand to trust?
All these ones will come out and they all look like they were designed by the same person who made 5-hour energy drink.
You’re like this doesn’t feel like a real product.
And so I was looking for one that was actually effective for my skin, quite frankly, and for energy, because I feel like I just was so low energy.
And, so someone told me to start taking this (NR).
It completely changed my life.
I wasn’t even thinking about it for fertility.
And that was just a lucky byproduct
…if you’re investing in your health like this, get a legitimate product instead of some random “Dollar Store” racket knockoff version”

Dr. Aimee (“The Egg Whisperer”):
“I couldn’t agree more.
And I’ve tried other versions.
I just find that I don’t have the same side effects with this one than I have with others.
That’s why I like this one more”
